A RESOLUTION OF THE CTfY PLANNING COMNQSSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 691 gg GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plen~iag Commission of the City of Aaeheim did initiate a' Yerif ied Petition for
~ Conditional Use Permit on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, Ca;mty of
Orange, State of Califcrnia, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and refer:ed to
herein as though set .orth in full

WHEF.EAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a pnblic hearing et the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
April 26~ 1965~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving beep duly given as roquired by
la~a end in accoedance with the provisions of the Meheim Mnnidpel Code, Chepter 18.64, to hear ead consider evidence
fo: end egainst said proposed cronditionel use and to investigete and 'meke findings and recommendetions ia connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself end in its behelf,
and after due cronsideration of ell evidence and repods offered at seid headng, does find aad detecmiae the followIng feds:
1. Thet the proi~osed use is properly one for which e Conditionel Use Permit is euthodzed by this Code, to wit:
estabiish an existing ser.vice station as a conforming use in the G-1, General Commercial,
Zone within 75 feet of R-1, One Family Residential Zoned property~
2o Rhat the granting ot the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any,
will not be detximental to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare'of the Citizens
of the City of Anaheim.
3. That the existing use was established under Reclassification Noe 61-62-560
4. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petitiono ~
