wit: permit the construction of a church and reiated faciiities on subject property, with
H~~aivers of matximum height of a building structure adjacent to a residential zone and minimum

the area in which it is propoaed to be located.

City oE Anahdm: •
1. That street impr ovement plans shall be prepared and all engineering requirements of the
City of Maheim alonc~ South Streei, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street graaing and
paving, drainage facilities9 or other appurtenant work shall be completed as required by the
City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of
the City Engineer~ or that a bond in an amount and form satisfactory to the City of Maheim
shail be posted w~th the City to guarantee the installation of said engineering requirements~
2e That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 52~00
per front foot along South Street, for street lighting purposes~
3o That the owners of subject roperty shall pay to the City of M aheim the sum of 15¢ per
front foot along South Street, for ~ree pianting purposeso
4e That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the off ice of the Director of Public Workse
5e That f ire hydrants shall be installed as required ar.d determined to be nacessary by i.he
Chief of the Fire -Departmenta
6e That Condition Nos. 1, 2 and 3, above mentioned, shail be complied with prior to the
time that the~Building Permit is issued or within a period of 180 days from date hereof, wh3ch-
ever occurs first, or such further time as the Commission or City Council may grant~
7. That Cond3tion Nose 4 and 5, above mentioned, sha11 be complied with prior to final
building inspection~
ii„ That subject praperty sha11 be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specif ications on file with the~City of Maheim, marked Hxhibit Noa le
9. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded f•rom view from a~ntting
streets, prior to final building inspectiona
