PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 64-65-122 BE APPROVED
N~HEREAS, the City Planniag Commiasion of the Gty of AnaheLn did initiate a vEr$fied Petiti0n for
Reclassification on certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of CaIifornia, described as Lots 1 and 2, Tract 374, as shown on a Map thereof recorded
in Book 15, page 28 of Miscellaneou5 Maps, records of said Orange County; Excepting there-
from the Westerly 10.25 feet, as measured at righ~t angles from the Westerly line of said lots

WHEREAS, said Commiaaion, etter due inspection, inveatigetion, end study made by itself end in its beh~lE,
end efter due conaideretion of all evidence and reporta offercd ec aeid headng, does ftnd and determiae the folloaing
fects:
1.Thatthe planning Commission proposes the reclassification of the above described
property from the existing C-3, Heavy Commercial, Zone deed restricted to a service station
or C-l9 General Commercial, Zone.uses as a conforming use in the C-i, General Commercial,
Zoneo
2a That an amendment to tha ~eneral Plan is deemed unnecessary, because the size of
the pazcel proposed for reclassification would not generally affect the City's policies
in this areao
3o That the present use of sub,ject property is a service station within 75 feet of a
single famiiy residenceo
4e That the existing use was established under Reclassification No. 61-62-39.
5. That no or,e appeared in opposition to subject petition.
