le That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the office of the Director of Public Works, prior to final buil~ing inspection.
2. That this variance is granted sub~ect to the completion of Reclessification No.
64-65-129.
3. 'Ihat subject property shall be developed substantially in accordence with plans and
specifications on f ile with the City of M aheim, marked ExhiDit Nos. 1, 2 and 3.
4. That all air-conditioning f acilities shall be properly shielded from vfs:: f*c.~~ abutt-
ing streets, prior to final building inspection.
