deqy the petitioner's request for Naiver of the height limitation of the roof singa.
• BE IT FURTHFB Rfi90LVm that the Maheim City Planning Comm-ission does hereby grant
sub~ect petition for variance on waiver of the separation between roof signs, upon the
followi~ng conditio~s which are hereby found to be a ne~essary prerequisite to the proposed
use.of the sub~ect prope~ty in order to preserve th2 safety and general welfare of the
citizens.of tAe City of Maheima
le That adequate clear.ance of existing electrical Iines shall be provided as reguired
by the Electrical Division, Department of Pub~ic Utilities, and the State of Californis G.0.950
2. That a Record~of Survey to.record the approved division of subject praperty be swrw
mitted to the City of Maheim For review and then be recorded in the office of the Qrange
County 8ecorder.
3. That subject prope.r+.y shall be developed substantially in accordance wi+h plans and
specifications on file.with the.City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nosa 1 and 2, provided,
however, that the total square footage of the i:wo proposed signs shall not exceed the allowable
square footage permitted under the Sign Ordinance.
