1. That the sidewalks curbs, and gutters shall be repaired along Katella Avenue and Harbor
Boulevard, as required by the City Engineer and in accordan~e with stendard plans and specifi-
cations on file in the office of the City Engineer.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance Nith approvad plens on file
with the office of the Dir~ctor of Public 1Norks.
3. That the oNmers of sub3ect property shall pay to the City of Maheim the s~aa of 32.00
per front foot along Katella Avenue and Harbor Boulevard, for street lighting purpoaes.
4. That the ownera of subjec# property shall pay to the City of Ma~heim the swo of 15« per
front foot along K~tella Avenue and Harbor Boulevard, for tree plantir~g purposes.
5. ?hat alI construction shall be ir. conformance with the Uniform Building Code es adopted
by the City of Maheim.
6. That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above mentionsd, shall be complied Nith prior to final
building inspection.
'7. That Condition Nos. 3.and 4, above mentioned,.shall be complied with within a period
of 180 day9 from the date herecf, or such f~ther time as tAe City Council may grant.
8. 2hat subject property Bhall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of M aheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 4.
