for bat da~s r~uire s~Candard improvement of curbs and gutters for abutting streets because
said property does relate to a~d abut upon streets and highways which are partially improved
to carry the type and quantity of traffic, which will be generated by the permitted usess in
accordance with the circulation element~of the General Plan.
6. That four persons appeared representing 24 persons p~::.~ent, one of whom presented a
petiiion signed by'57 property owners, opposing subject petition.

front foot alcng Sycemore~~Stxeect, East Street and Glenwood~Street, for tree-plenting purposes.
3. That the~own~rs o~ subject.property shall deed to the Cit}Y of Maheim a 3-foot }~ublic
easement and a 2-foot overhang easament along the easterly boundary of sub~ect propertye
~ 4, That the owners of swo3ect property shall deed to the City of Maheim 15-foot radius
~ corner returns at the intersection of Sycamore Street and Glenwood Street with East 5treet,
for street purposes,
,:. 5. That Condition.Nose 1, 2, 3q and 4, above mentioned9 shall be complied with within a
period of 180 days from the date hereof or such further time as the City Council may grant.
6. That all air conditioning facil~ties shall be properly shielded fcom view from abutting
streets~ prior to ffnal b~ilding inspectiono
7e That the curbs and gutters shall be repaired along Sycamore Street, East Street and
_ Glenwood Street, as requixed:by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and
specifications on file in the of~ice of the City Engineero

by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the
