dence for and agalnst seld propoaed reclessificetion a~d to investigate and make flndings and recommendet~ons in
connectlon therewith: end
WHEREAS, seid Commiesion, after due inspection, investigetion, end study made by itself and in its behalf,
and after due consideration of all ^vidence end reports offered at said heAring, does find ond determine the Eollowing
facks:
1. That the petitioner proposea e reclassification of the ebove described property from the exi sting C•-3, Fieavy
Commercial, "Lone, deed restri.cted to a service stalion or any C-?., C;eneral Commercial, Loned
uses, to establish an existing service station as a conforming use in t.he C-2, Genercil

2. That an amendm?nt to the General Plan is deern~d unneces~ary, because the size of the
parcel proposed for reclassification would not generally ~ffect the Ci}y'S policies ir, t.his
area~
