WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold e public hearing at the Cxty Hell in the City of Anaheim ~n

law end in occordence wlth the provislona of tht Anehetm Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to 6~eet nnd consider evidence
Eoc and agetnst caid propoeed conditional use and to investigete end meke findings and rccommendetions in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inepectlon, inveatigation, and study made by itee(f end in ite behalf, end
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at aaid hearing, doea Eind and determine the Eollowing fects:
1. That the proposed use is properly one Eoc which a Condittonal ,Use Permlt is euthocized by this Code, to
wit: est.abllsh S~nd~iy ;>chuol cl~~sses, choir rehear~als, 1 ibrary, and ~oy Scout meetings in

Petltion tor Condltional Uee Permit, upon the tollowin~ conditlon~ whlch ~re hereby tound to bo o necesoary pterequiaite
to the propuaed uee ot the eubJect property !n ~rder to pee~orve the s~fety and ~ener~l welt~re of the Cltlzene ot the
City of Anehnlm:
1. That the owner of sub,~ect property shall deed to the City of Anaheim a strip of
land six (6) feet tn width, measured at riqht angles to the a11ey, along the northerly
pr~perty line for alley widening purpos~s.
2. That the sidewalks and gutters sha1.1 be repaired along Droadway, as required by
the City Engineer and in accurdance with standard plaris and specifications on file in t:he
offico of the City Engineer.
3. That trash storage areas shall he provided in accordance with approved plans on
file with tho office of the Diroctor of Public Works.
4. That tne proposed use of the existing structure shall be in conformance to the
uniform Building Code as adopted by the City of Anaheim.
5. That Condition No. 1, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the time
that the building permit is issued or within a period of 180 days from date hereof, Which~
ever.occurs first, or such furtt~er time as the Comrnission or City Council may grant.
6~ That. Condition Nos. 2 and 3, above mentioned, shall be complied witli prior to
final building inspection.
7. That sub,ject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
end specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2.
