WHEREAS, the City Alanning Commission did hold a public heoring et the City Nell in the City of Anaheim on

lAw end in accordanr_e with the provisiotts oE the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapte~ 18.77., to hear end consider evidence
for nnd ageinst snid proposed reclassification nnd to investigete and make findings and recommendetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, end study mede by ltself end in ite behelf, and
efter due cr.nsicieretion oE all evidence and repor:s offered at said h~ering, does find end determine the following fects:
1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassiEication of the above described property from the H-Ay tiyriciiltur~il,
~one to the C-1, Gener,~l Comm~rcial, Zone to est,3blish a gift and hobby shop in an existing
str.ucture
2 Th~~t tt~e proposed recl~~~•sification is in conformance with the General Plan.
~ That the proposed reclessificeti:,n of subject property is necessery and/or desireble for the orderly and pro-
per development oE thP community.
4 That the proposed reclessiEication of subject property does properly ,~;ute to the zones and their pertnitted

lished throughout the community.
