WNEREAS, the City Pl~nning Commission did hold e public henring at the~ City Hell In the City ot Aneheim
on Augu,t 3U, 1965, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearinq heving been duly ~iven as required
by lew and in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim irtui~icipel Code, Chapter 18,68, to hear And considar
evidence for and Hgeinst said proposed veriance and to investigate and meke findings end recommendat.:ns in connec-
tion therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commissinn, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalt,
and after due consideretion oE all evidence end reports offered as said hearing, does find and deteemine the following
EACtS;
1. That the pet~ttoner requests e variance from the Aneheim Municipal Code: Sec t i on 18, 24 .030 (3 -a and b)
to waive the reu .iz•ed 25-foot z~ear yard setb~ck to permi t an addi tion of a room to an exist••
ing re~,idential structu;e with a six•-foot re~~r yard setback an subject property,
2. Thet there are exceptional or extraordinery circumstances or conditions epplicable to the pruperty involved
or to the intended use of the property thet do not apply generelly to the property or class of use in the same vicinity
and zone.
3. Th~t the requested variance is necessery Eor the preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property right
possessed by other propt~ty in the same vicinity and zone, end denied to the property in question.
4. That the requested variance will not be materially detrimental to the public welfere or injurious to the prop-
erty or improvements in such vicinity end zone in w}tich the property is located,
5, That no one appeared irt opposition to subject petition:
