WHEREAS, the Clty Planning Commtssion did hold a publlc henring at the Clty Hell in the City ot Anaheim an
September 13, 1965, at 2:00 4'clock P.M., notice of said ~ublic haering having been duly qivGn as required by
l~w and in accordance with the provisions of the Anphetm Municlpnl code, Chepter 18,64, to hear and cansider evidence
for and eqainst sald propo9ed condltionel use and to investigate nnd mnke findings and recommendationa In connection
therewith; and
WHCREAS, seid Commission, efter due lnspection, investigatlon, and study mede by iteclf and In itg behelf, and
~fter due consideratlon of all evidence and reports offered at saId hearing, does flnd end determine the following fects:
1. That the proposed use is propecly one for which a Condltional ~Use Permit is outhorized by thla Code, to
