Septembez• 27, 1965, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of saic public heering having been duly given as required by
layv end in accordance wlth the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, rhapter 18,72, to hear and consider evidence
for end egainst seid proposed reclassificetlan end to investigete and make findings end recom mendations in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commis~ion, after due inspectlon, investigation, and study mede by itseli end in its behalf, end
after due consideretion of all evidEnce cind reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Thet the petitioner proposes a reclassification of the above described property from the C-1, General
Commercial, Zone to establish an oftice building.
2~ 1'hat the proposed reclasslf'ir.ation is in conformance with ~he General Plan.
~ 3. 1'het the proposed reciessification of aubject property is necessary and/or desireble for the orderly end pro-
i per developnrent of the community.
! 4. That the proposed reclessificetior, of subject property does properly relete to the zones and their permitted
; uses locelly established in close proximity to subject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally estab-
llshed throughout the community.
5~ Tnat the proposed reclassification of subject property daes require riedication for
and standard impravement of abutting streets because said property does rElate to and abut
upon streets and highv~~ays which are partially improved to carry the type and quantity of
traffic9 which will be generated by the permitted use~, in accordance with tt~e circulation
~ element of the General Plan~
