Oc tober 18, 1~-J65, ~t 2;00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public heating heving been duly given as required by
law And in eccordnnce with the provisions oE the Anaheim Atunicipo' Code, Chepter 18,64, to hear end consider evidence
for and agr~inst said proposed conditianal u9e und to investigate end meke findings end recommendetions in connection
thcrewith; end
IVHEREAS, snid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and study mAde by itself and in its behalf,
end efter due considerution of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts;
1. That the proposed use ls properly one for which a Conditionel Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:

4, That the yranting of the Conditional Use Permit will be detrimental to the peace,
t~ealth, salety, and general welFare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim,
5.. That the proposed use is in close proximity i:o ~n existing church, :.~ junior hiyh
school, and n propc,sed high sch~ol site and as such will have a detri;nent~l effe~t on the
welfare of the neighborhood,
