efter due considetetion of ell evidence and reports offered at seid heering, does find and determinr. the following fects:
1. Thet the petitioner proposes a reclassification of the above described property from the R-Ati Agricultural,
Zone to the C-1, Ge~eral Comme?:ial, Zone on Parcel Nc 1 and R-3y Multiale Family Re,idential,

1. That a Final Tract, Map of sub,ject property be approved by the City Council and
recorded in the office of the Oranqe Courity Recoxder.
