Re,olution No. 63R-A69, ~howing the general description and extent cf land uses
withir. tt~e City and indic~~ting the presen' belieE of tl~e Council as to possible
future development ~nd redevel~;~mc~nt of land within the City; and
WHEI2EAS, the City Planning Commission of the C.ity of Anaheim did receive
verifiecl PetiLions for ReclassiCication No„ 65-6G-50 and Tentative Map of Tract
No. 6076, which petitions have impl~icatinns on pollcies as ex~~res,ed un said
General Plan; and
WNEREAS, in conjunct.ion with the notxce of the hearing on said reclassification
3nd tentative tract~ noi:ice was also given regarding the considerati.on of an
amendment to tt~e General Plan in the general location and vicinity ~f sub,ject
property of ~.aid reclassification arid tentative tract; and
WHEREASy ~he City Planning Commission dici hold a publ~c r~earing at the
City Nall in the Cit~~ of Anaheim on November 22, 1965 at 1;he hour of 2:~~0 0' clock
P,Ma, n.~tice of sa~.; public hearing having been duly given as required by law and
in accoz•dance with the pzovision, of the P.naheim Municipal Code, to ~~ar and
consider evidence for and agdinst said Amendment to the General. Pla• nd said
proposed Petition for Reclassification and Tentative Tract. and to ir ~:stigate
and make findings and recommendati.ons in cennection therewith; and
WHrrtEAS, said Commission aFter due inspectiony investigation, and study mada
by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of ail evidenc~ and
reports offered at said Iiearinc~, d~es hereby f'i~d
1~ That the preseni; general de,criptio;i and extent of i~~nd uses in
tha aforerr,entioned arc~a adequately represents past and curren'~
City policies reyai•ding possible future development of sai~
general area, bounded by .j line approximately 630 feet sw th
of f3roadway on the north, t:he easterly boundary being a line

boundary being a line approximately 1070 fee{: south o: Broadway
