November 22, 1965, et 2;00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing hnving been duly given as required by
lew nnd in accordnnce with the provislons of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18,64, to hear end consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditlonel use and to inveatigate and meke findinge and recommendations in connection

Petltlcn (or Conditlonal UAe Permit, upon the following canditlone~ whlch ere hereby found to be a necrnsary prerequlslte
to the proposed usa of the sub)ect property ln otder to preaervr the safety and g~nerAl welfare ot the Citlzene of the
City of Anahelm;
1. That tha owners of subject propQrty shall deed to the City of AnahQim a strip of land
60 feet in width, f'rom tI1P, cenCer line of the street, along Katella Avenue, for str.eet widoning
purposes.
