facta;
1, That the petitionar requests o variance from the Aneheim Municipsl Code; ~ection 1~i.62.G90(b-1) whi~h
requires tl~at a minimum 300 foot distan;e between sign, on the same parcel to permit the
erec~tion of a sign within 25 feat of an existing sign.
2. Thet there are exceptionel or extraordinery circumetences or condicions appliceble to the property involved
or to the intended nse of the property that do not epply generelly to the property or class of use in the same vicinity
and zone.
3. That the requested variance is neceasary (or the preservation end en~oyment of a substentiel property right
possessed by nther propetty in the same vicinity and zone, end denied to the ptoperty in question.
4. That the requested verianc~ will not be meterielly detrimentsl to the public welfete or injurious to the prop-
erty or improvements in such vicinily end zone in which the property ia located.
