1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassificetion of the above described property Erom the R-Oy One Family
Suburban and R-ly One Family Residentialy Zones to the R•-ly One Family Residential, Zone i:o
establish a subdivision of 44 R-1 Zoned 'Lots on subject property~
2. That the proposed reclassification is in c~nformance wil:h the Genera.l Plan~
