1. That the petitioner requests a variance from the Anahei.m Municipal Code~ Scction
1R.16.050(2) ;vhich requiies a 140 foot lot width, to permit a variable A2 foot to 111 foot ~ inch
lot widthsi and one acre lots to permit •two lots of apC~ oxiq~ately 7400 square Fe earh and one
lot approximately 10 000 square feet~ Section 1A.16.050~5-a) which reguires a?5 ~oot ron, set-
back, to permit two ~ots with 20 foo setbacks from a private drive; Section ].A.16.U50~~-c~ v~hi~,h
requires a 25 foot rear yard to permit 15-20 foot variable rear yards; and Section ]~<1f~.050(~~
which requires that every building site shall be located upon a dedicated street or alley tc
