1. That the petitioner proposes a rer.lassificetion of the above described property from the c-1, General
Comme~cial and R-AY Agriculturalv Zone~ to the R-3Y Muitiple Family Residential, Zone to
permit establishment of a standard R-•3 subdiv;sion on subject property.
2„ That General P;an Amendment No~ 71 be considered in conjunctien with subject
reclassification~
3. That the proposed reclassificetion of stbject property is necessery and/or ~lesirable (or the orderly end pr~-
per developnrent of the community.
