WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold A pubiic hearing at the Clty Fi~ll in the City of Aneheim
on Ja r,~i ~ j y 31 , 1966, flt 2.00 o'clock P.M., notice oE said public heering hoving been duly given as required
by law and in eccordpnce with the provislons of the Anaheim Munlcipel Code, Chepter 18.68, to hear and consider
evidence for and egeinst said proposed variance ond to lnvestigate and meke findings nnd recommendattons in connec-
tion therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commissi~n, aft~r due inspection, investigAtion, and study mede by itself and in its behalf,
end efter due consideration of ell evidence nnd reports offered as Faid hcering, does find and determine the following
facts:
