WH~REAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public heering at the City Hell in the City oE Anaheim on
Febru~ry i6, 1966, et 2t00 o'clock P.M,, notice oE seid public hearing heving been duly given as required by
law and in eccotdancH wlth the ~rov{sions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18,64, to hear and consIder evidence
~ for end egainst said proposed conditionel use end to invr.stigate end meke findings and recommendetlons in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commiseion, after due inspection, investigation, And study made by itself and in ~ts behplf, end
after due consideration of All evidence and report:~ offered et snid henring, does find and determine the following Eacts;
1, That the pcoposed use is properly one for which a Conditionnl LJse Permit is eut}iorized by thls Code, to

2. Thet the propos~' usc will not adversely nffect the edjoining land uses and the growth and development of
the erea in which it is prop~sed to be locatecl.
3, That the size end shape of the site proposed for thc use is adequnte to allow the full development of the
proposed use in e manner not detr: ~nental to the perticuln; erea no~ to the peace, health, safety, and generai welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. Thet the granting of the Conditional Usc Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimentel
