Feb.ruary 16, L965, at 2;00 o'clock P,M., notice ot seid public hearing heving been duly given ns required by
law ~nd in accordance with the provisiona of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for end against seid proposed conditional use end to investigate and meke findings and recommPidations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, soid Commission, after due inspect(on, investigation, and study mede by t~self end in its behelf, and
nfter due consideration oE all evidence nnd repo~ts offered at said heerinq, does find and determine the Eollowing facts;
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Condltionel .Use Permlt is authorized by this Code, to
wit; establish a service station within 75 feet of a residenl~...i structure or R A, Zoned

2. 'Chet the proposed use will not adversely effect the adjoining lend uses nnd the g~owth end development of
the erea in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. That the size end shspe of the site proposed for the use is edequete to allow the full development of th~
proposed use in e manner not detrimentel to the particular a~ea nor to the peace, heelth, sefety, and general welfere
oE the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4, That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if eny, will not be detrimental
to the peace, heAlth, safety, and generel welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
