February 28~ 1966, at 2:OQ o'clock P.M., notlce of seid public hearing hnvinq been duly given Aa required by
Inw and in accordence with the provialons of the Anahelm Municipel Code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and connider rvidence
fot and against sald proposed conditional uso end to investigete and meke Ilndings nnd recommendetlons in connection
therewlth; and
WHER~AS, seid Commission, ~fter duc inapection, investigetion, end study made by Itself end in its behalF,
and after due consideretion of ell evidence end reports offered e~. said heering, does find end determine the following facts;
1. Thet the propoaed use is properly one for which e Conditional Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to wit:
permit on-sale beer in an existing restaurant.
2. That the proposed use will affect the adjoining land use; a;,c? the growth and develop-
ment of the arca in wtiich~ it is proposed to be loca+~ed.
3. Tl~at the size and shape of the site proposed far the use is not adequai:e to allo~v
the full development and serving of food in conjunct;ion with tt~e proposed use in a nan~~er
not det.rimental to thE particular ar.ea nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare
of the Citizens oE the City of Anaheim.
4. That the proposed use would be detrimental to the integrity of t}~e small slioppiny
area in which it is proposed to be located.
5. That a school and hospital a.re located in close proximity, and the proposed use
would have a deleterious effect on the children pasr,ing the property r~nd ;.,atients of the
tiospital.
6. That a letter from the S;,vanna School bistrict was received, and one person
appeared in opposition to subject petition.
