law and in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Munlcipel code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence

therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commissfon, efter due inspection, investIgatlon, ond studv made by Itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evldence end reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following fects;
1. Thnt the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, t~
w•it;parmit en-sale beer and wine in an existing restaurant.
2. Thet the proposed use will not adveraely affect the edjoining lend uses end the grnwth c~nd development of
the erea in which it is p~opose.: to be located.
3. Thet the size ond shape of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use ln e menner not detrimentel to the particular area nor to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of f-naheim.
4. Thet the granting of the ~onditional Use Permit under the condition3 imposed, if any, W~ll not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and generel welfore of the Citlzens of the Ctty of Anaheim.
5. That. the develo~+ment nlans indicated and the petitioner stipulated that the serving
of beer and wine was incidental ~u the serving of food.
6. That na one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
