WHLREAS, the Clty Plenning Commiselon of the Clty of Anaheim did recalve a vn•ified Petltian for Reclansftice-
tion from THE PACIFIC TEI.EPFDNE AND Tk:LEGRA}~H COMPANY, 1475 Sixth Avenue, Rc~om 401~ ;an Diego,
California, Uwner of certain real property situa:ed in the City of An~heim, County of Orange,
State of Califoz•nia, describe~ as [.ot Nos. A, 5, G, 7 and 8 of Vlneyard f..ot p-5

' WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commiesion did hold a public hearing et the City Nell in the City of Aneheim on
Februdry 28~ 1966~ at 2;p0 o'clock P.M, notice oE seid public hearing having been duly glven as req~ired by
law end in accordence with the provistons of the Anahelm M11unicipel Code, Chapter 18,72, to heac and consider evidence
for and egalnst said ptopoaed reclessificet~on and to investigatE and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commiasion, after due inspection, investigatlon, end study mede by itself end in its behalf, and
after due consideration oE all evtdence end reports ofEered et seid heering, does Eind and determine the Eollowing facts:
1. Thet the petitloner proposes a reclessificetion of the above described property ftom the R-3, A4ultiple
Family Residential, Zorie to the C-2, General Commercial, Zone to establish subj~ct p.roperty
in a more appropriate zone t~ permit necessary expansiun of the Pacific I'elephone Company
facilities~
2. That ;he proposed reclassafication is in conformance with th~ General Aland
3. Thet the propoaed reclesslfication of subject property is necesaery and/or desirable for the orderly end pro-
per developnrent of the community.
4. Thet the propoaed reclessificetion of sub)ect property does properly relate to the zAnes and their permitted
uaes locelly eateblished in close proximity to subjec2 property and to tt,e zones and their permitted usea generally estab-
;ished throughout the comi:,unity.
5. That no one appeared in opposition to subject pet.tion.
