March 14, 19G6, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public heoring having b~en duly given es required by
lew and in accordancr with the provislons of the Anahefm Muntci~el code, Chepter 18,64, to hear and consider evidence
for and RQeinst said proposed conditionel use and to investigate And meke findinRs and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, satd Commission, efter due lnspect;on, investigation, nnd study mede by itself and in its behalf, and
efter due conaideretion of ell evidencs and reports offered at seid hearing, does Elnd and determine the following fects:
1. That the propoaed use is propecly one for which e Conditiona( Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to
W~t~ expand an existing trailer park.
2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining lend uscs and the growth and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to a11ow the full development of the
proposed use in e manner not dPtr~mentel to the perticular erea nor to the peace, he~lth, seFety, and general welfere
of the Citizens oE the City of Aneheim.
4. That the grenting of the Conditional Use Pe~mit under the conditions imposed, if eny, will not be detrirnental
to the peace, health, sefety, and generel wclEere of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
