law and in accordence with the provisiona of the Anehelm Municipal code, Chepter 18,64, to hear end consider evidence
for and again8t said proposed conJitionel use and to Inveatigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; end
WFiEREAS, said Commission, efter due lnqpection, investigation, and study made by itselt and in its behelf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offe~ed at said hearing, does find and detennlne the follo~~•ing facts:
1. Thac the proposed use is p~operly one for which a Conditionnl Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to
wit;establish a walk-up and drive-in restaurant.
2. Thet the proposed use will not edversely affect the edjoining land uscs and the g~owth and development of
the erea in which it is proposed to be located,
3. Thet the size and sl~ape oE the site proposed For the use is edequate to allow the Eull development of the
proposed use in e manner not detrimentel to the perticular Area nor to the peace, health, salety, end general we:fAre
of the Citizens of the City of Anuheim.
4. Thet the granting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the conditions impos~d, i[ any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfere of the Citizens oF thr_ City of Aneheim.

the Chief of the ~'ire Depar~:ment.
3. That this Conditional Use Pvrmit is granted sub~ect to the completion of IZeclassifi-
cation No. 65-66-96.
4. 1'hat Condition N~s. 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be compliec~ with prior to final
