WHEREAS, the Clty Planning Commiasion did hold A public hearing at the City Hol: in tt~e City oE Anahetm on
Mai~cti 2R, 1966 at 2:00 o'clock P.M„ notice of said public heering hnving been duly given as required by
law and in accordence with the provislons of the Anaheim Municlpnl Code, Chapter 18.64, to hear nnd consider evidence
for and egalnst said proposed conditional use and to investigete and make findings and recommendattans in connection
therewith; [+nd
WHEREAS, satd Commisston, eftet due inspection, invastigotion, end study mede by itself and in its behalE,
and after due consideretion of all evidence and reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following Eacts:
1. That the proposed use is properly ane for which Q Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to a~it:
est:ablish a walk-up restaur~~nt with waLVer of a LU-~foot lc,ndsc~3ping stri~~ in the setback area
on subject properi,y.
2. That the proposed Hialk-up restaurant is not considered tnc~ highest anrl ~est land use
for ~ub~ject property which is loc~ted in the Com~nercial-•R.ecreation area, and would be detrimental
to the existing commercial cleve]opmen~ in Lhe ai•ea.
3~ That the proposed urse would have a deleteriot:s eFfect on !he convention cr~ntei• whici~
is locai;ed in close proximity to subject propertyo
4~ That the ~etiF.ioner was .requesting waiver of the requirec~ l:~ndscaping in the area,
