March ?.~, 1966 et 2:00 u'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing hevinq been duly given as required by
law nnd in eccordance with the pro~~isions ~E the Anoheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18,68, to hear end consider evidenre for
and agelnst said prop~sed verience and to investigate and mAke Eindings end recommendations in connection therewith;

WHEREAS, sald Commi~ssion, nfter due lnspecti~n, investiqation, and study made by itselE end in its behalf,
and c~fter due consideretion of all evidence ond reportv otfered at said hearing, does find end determine the following
facts;
1. Thet the petitloner requests a veriance from the Anaheim Municipnl Code: 5z~•tion 1R.,62~090(B-1) which
requires a minimum distance between free-standing siyn~~ of 300 feei to permil a 90-foot distance;
and Section 1R~62~090(B-5) which designates the sign loc~tion to perrr;it location of a sign
within 40~ of the distance from the ~vast lease line.,
2. That the sign ordinance provides for adequate di:re~tional signing, and that the
pe~titioner has not proven that there were any e,cceptional or extraord:nary cirr.umstances or
conditions which would necessitate gianting reque~ted +n•aivers..
3~ That the cequested variance is not necessary for t;he E:- ~~sc~T•vation and enjoym~nt ef
a substantial property right possessed by other propert•/ in the sa~~F, vicinity ard zoney and
