and efter due consideratlon of all evldence ond reports oEfered at seld hearing, daes find and determine the following
facts:
1. Thet the petitlaner requtsts a ve~fance from the Aneheim'Aunicipal Code: Sectlon 1~~24~030( 1-a) to
permit variable front ya.rd setbacks of ten (10) to tw~ent,y (20) fE~et on normal lots and ten (10)

2. That there ere exceptionAl or extreordinary circumstances or conditions appliceble to the property involved
