April 11, 1966, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice oE seid publi: hearing having been duly glven es required by
law and in accordence with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chapter 18,64, to hear end con~lder evid+nce
for end againat sald proposed condittonel use and to investigete end make findingK and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said (;ommisslon, eEter due inapecttoo, investigetion, end study made by itself Rnd in its behalf, and
after due considerotion of all evidence ond reports offered at said he~ring, does (ind and determine the following (acts:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for ~~ 7ich a Conditionnl t-se Permit is authorizr~ by this Code, to
w+t; expand an existing t,on-conf'orming rest h~iT;e for ambulatcry, elderly people, with waiver of

2. Thet the proposed use will not edversely aEfect the edjoining land uses and the growth end development of
the area in which it is peoposed to be locaYed.
3. That thc size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the iull development of the
proposed use in a menner not detrimentel to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and generel welf~re
oE the Citizeny of the City of Meheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit undcr the conditions imposad, i( any, will not be detrirnental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim,
