WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiasion did hold e public hearing et the City He;l in the City of Anaheim on
June 6, 19G6, et 2:00 o'r.lock P.M., notice oE aeid public hearing having been duly given as required by
lew end in eccordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chapter 18.64, ta hear end consider evldence
for and agalnst said proposed conditionol use and to investigate end make flndit.gs and recammendetlona in connection
therewith; and
W!{GREAS, said Commisslon, efter due inspection, investigation, and study mede by ilself and in lts behalf, and
after due consideeetion of all evidence end reports offered at said hearing, doeg find and determine the following fects:
1. Thet the proposed use is ptoperly one for which Fl Conditional .tJse Permit is authorized by this Code, to

proposed u~e in e manner not detrimentel to the perticular area nor to the p~ace, health, sefety, and general welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Maheim.
4. That ihe granting oE the Conditional Use Permit under the ::onditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare oE the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.

1. That the owner of sub~ect property shall pay t:; thQ City of Ar~aheim the sum of $2.00 per
front foot along Brcokhurst Street, for street lighti.ng purposes.

building inspection.
