~ WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself and in its behelf, and
after due consideration of all evid

reports otfered at seid hearing, does find end determine the following facts:
i 1. That the proposed use is properly one Eor which e Conditional .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: establish a walk-uo restaurant

ject property.
2. That the proposed use will not adversely effect the edjoining land uses and the growth and development of
the area in which itis proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow che full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimentel to the particular area nor to the peace, ;:ealth, sefety, end general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Maheim.
4. That the grenting of the Conditiona! Use Permit under the conditions impased, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, heelth, safety, end general welfar~ of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5e That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RCSOLVEU that the Anaheim City Planning Comn~ission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditionel Use ,~ermit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
1„ That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anahei~n the sum of $2~00
per front foot aicng Ball Roady for street lighting purposes.
2. That lrash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file
with the offi~:e of the Director of Public Works, prior to findi building inspectione
3~ Thai Condition No. 19 above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the time ihat
the building permit is issued or within a period of 180 days from date hereoi, whichever occus~s
first, or such further time as the Commission or City Council may granto
4o That any air-conditioning facilities proposed shall be properly shielde9 from view
from abutting street.
5o That subject property shall be developed substantiaily in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1 and 2, provided, however,
that the proposed sign shall conform with all provi;ions of the Sign Ordinance.
