A RESOLUTION OF 'I'HE CITY PLANNING COMMIgSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1843 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiseion of the Clty oE M~heim did receive a verified Petition for Variance
from RICHpRD W, pND ETHEL H. YOUNG, 2665 Crescent Avenue, Anaheim, California, Owners of cFrtain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State oF California, described
as Lot No. 161 of T.ract No. 2332

WHEREAS, the City Planning CommissIon dld hold e public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Variance, upon the following cronditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Aneheim.
1. That subject property shall be develope:l substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
