~UHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
Novembei '~l, 196n9 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter I8.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditionnl use and to investigate and make findings end recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself end in its behalf,
end after due consideretion of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find end determine the following fects:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is suthorized by this Code, to wit:

Petition for CondItional Use Pennit on the besis of the aforementlaned findings.
