NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahelm Clty Planning Commission does he:eby grant subject
PeUtion for Vadence~ upon the following conditions whtch are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subjeet property in order to preserve the sefety end generel welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
:. That adequate clearance of existing electxical lines shall be provided as required
by the Electrical Division, Department of Public Utilities, and the State of California
G.O. 95, prior to final building inspection.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anahpim, marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3.
