A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANnHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1815 BE GRANTED
WHERCAS, the City Planning Commieston of the City of Aneheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance
from MURRAY GREu~W00D, ROBERT E. SINGER, ANU EDWIIJ C. ILIFF, 3505 Long Beach Boulevard,
Suite H', Long Beach, California, Ov+ners; ROBEP.T E. SINGER, 338 East 3rd Street, Long
Beach, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as the Southwesterly 7 acres of the Northwesterly
20 acres of Lot :0 of "Anaheim cxtension", as survey?d by William Hamel, December 11, 1868
and filed for record in the Ofiice of tne County ;ecorder of Los Angeles County, California,
a copy thereof being on file in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California,
in book 3, page 163, et seq. of "Los Angeles County Maps"; EXCEPTIIJG THtREFROM the North-
westerly 230 feei thereof; ALSO EXCePTItJG THEREFROM the interest in the Southeasterly 40 feet
of said land which was granted for stree`_ and utility purposes to the City of Anaheim, a muni-
cipal corporation by deed recorded Octobe~ 13, 1954 in book 2841, page 188, Gfficial Records;

as shown on said map of the "Anaheim Extension"

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commiaeion did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim
on August 1, 1966, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given es required
by lew end in acrnrdence with the pro~:i4ions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68, to heet and consider
evidence for and egeinst said proposed variance end to inveatlgete and meke findings and recommendetions in connec-
tion therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commissinn, efter due inspection, inveatigetion, end study mede by itself end in its behalf,
and efter due consideration of all evidence and reports ofEered at seid hearing, dces find and determine the following

NOW, THEREFuRE, BE IT RESOLVEU that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Vaciance, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
posed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of
Anaheim.
1> That this variance is granted subject to the completion of Reclassification
, No. 65-67-5.
2. That subject property shall be developad substantially in accordance with
olans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit IJo. 1,
Revision No. 1.
