WHF.REAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did initiate a verified Petition
for Reclassification on certain real property situated ir the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, described as the North 2G3 feet of the 'Nest 203 feet of
Section 24, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Anz,
as per Map recorded in Book 51, pa~e 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California; cxcepting the Northerly 53000 feet and the Westerly 53000 feet lying within
the right of way of Ba11 Road and State Colle9e Boulevard, including the spandrel shaped
corner return described in the deed to the Ciiy of Anaheim recorded May 29, 1962 in Book
6126, page 928 of Official Records of said Oran9e County
Property owned by: Pablo Dominguez, 1523 East Santa Ana Street, Anaheim, California
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of pnaheim on
Auqust 1, 1966~ at 2:U0 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been du!y given as required
by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72, to hear and consider evi-
dence for and against said proposed reclassification and to investigate end make findings and recommendations in
connectio:~ therewith: and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does Eind and determine the following
facts:
lo That the Commission proposes a reclassification of the above described property from the R-A, AGRICULTUfiAL,
ZONE to e~tablish an exis+~ing service station as a conforming use in the M-1, LIGI-iT
I?~~DliSPRIAL, ZONE.

3• That the preser.t use oi subject prop~,rty is for a service station.

• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT tcGSOLVED that the Asaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby recommmd
to the City Council af the City of Anaheim that aubject Petition for RecleasiEication be approved and, by so doing,
that TiUe 18-Zoning of the Annheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude the ebove described property from the
R-A, Agricultural, Zone, and to incorporate said described property into the M-1, Light
, Industrial, Zone, unconditionallyo
