WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anah,eim did receive a verified Petition i~r Reclassifica-

attorneys, 6ii West 8th Stree*., Santa Ar,a, Californi3, Agents of certain real property situated
in the City of Ananeimy County of Orangey Stste of Colifornia, described as Lot Nos~ 27 and 2R
of ?ract No. 2490

WHEREAS, the City P(enning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of pnaheim on
August 15i 1960, nt 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said p~blic hearing having been duty given as tequired
by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72,to hear and consider evi-
dence for and against said proposed reclassitication and to investigate end make findings end recommendations in
connection therewith: and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf,
and a(ter due consideration of all evidence and reports of[ered at said heari~g, does find and determine the following
fects:
1. That the petitioner proposes n reclassification of the above described praperty from the R- ly Qne Family
Residential9 Zone to the C••., General Commercial, Zone to estabiish a serv:ce station or
subject property.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does hereby recornmend
to fne City Council of the City of Anaheim thet subject Petition for Reclassification be denied on the besis of the
eforementioned findings.
