WHEREAS, the Clty Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
August ]5~ i9C6, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seld public hearing having been duly given as required by
law end in eccordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.64, to heer and consider evidence
for end against seid proposed conditionel use and to investig~te and make findings end recommendetions m connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its b~half,
end efter due considetetion of all evldence end repotts offered et seid hearing, does find and determine the fotlowing tects:
