NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT` ~SOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plennine-i;ommission daes hereby recommend • to th,e City Councii of the City of Aneheim thet aubject Petition for Reclessificatlon be approved and, by so doing, thet Title 1&Zoning of the Aneheim MunIcipel Code be emended to ezclude the ebove described property from the R-A, Agricultural, Zone and to incorporate said described property into the C-1, General Commercial~ Zone, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheimo 1. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15~ pEr front foot along Beach Boulevard and Stonybrook Drive, for tree planting purposes. 2a That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2000 per front foot along Stonybrook Ilrive~ for street lightin9 purposes~ 3. That Cendition Noso 1 and 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with within a period of 1~i0 days from date hereof, or such furtF~er time as the City Council may grant~ 4~ That the conversion of the existing structure shall conform to the Uniform Building - Code as adopted by the City of Anaheim, prior to final building and zoning inspections~ ~ 5.
