WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Maheim did receive e verified Petition for Condi:ionel
Use Pennit:rom BILL ASAWA, 720 South Beach Boulevard, Anaheim, California, Owner; ROBERT ZADY,
1564 Sumac Lane, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
referre~' `_o herein as though set .`orth in full
; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a publtc hearing et the Ci[y Hall in the City of Anaheim on
August 299 1966, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions oE the Anaheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditional use und to investigate and meke findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspectioo, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional .Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: Section 18064~020(5) to establish a motorcycle agency, parts and service operation on
subject property.
2. Thet the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining lend uses and the growth and development of
the ar2~ in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed Eor the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimente! to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare
of t;~e Citizens of the City of Maheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditionel Use Pertnit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimentel
to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City oE Anaheim.
5o That the•petitioner stipulated to removal of the existing sign in the nortiierly
driveway approach due to the potential traffic hazard.
6o That no one appeared in oppositior to subject petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City PlannIng Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditionnl Use Permit, upon the Eollowi~;g conditions which are hereby found to be a necessery pcerequisite
to the proposed use of the su6ject property in order to preserve the sefety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
lo That this Conditional Use Permit is granted subject to the completion of ReclassiFicat-
ion No~ 66-67-15.
2~ That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit Nos~ 1 and 2, provided however,
that the sign located in the northerly driveway approach shall be removed as stipulated by the
petitioner.
