WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Maheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public heering et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
September 12, 19~~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipa] code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against said proposed canditional use end to investigate and make (indings end recomm endations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, end
after due consideration of ell evidence and reports otfered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following fects:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel.Use Permit is euthorized by this Code,to
wit:Section iR,64,020(5} to esLablish an o,'fice ier ti;e California Hin;i,vay Patrol on subiec?
property.
2. That the proposed use will not adversely effect the adjoining land uses end the growth end development of
the area in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in e manner not detrimental to the perticuler area nor to the peace, health, se(ety, end general welfere
o(the Citizens of the City of Maheim.
4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does heteby grant subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ere hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the sefety and general weltare of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
:. That the ovuner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00
oer front foot along Freedman Way, for street liqhting pi,rposes.
2. That the owner of subject property shali pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15¢ per
front foot along Freedman Wa}~, for tree planting purposes.
3~ That a Pa:cel Map to record the approved division of subject property be submitted to
the City o~ Anaheim for approval and then be recorded in the office of the Orange County Recorder.

5e That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance witn approved plans on file
