'NHEREAS, the City Planning Commission in Resolution Nca 52y, Series 1962-63, dated
November 14, 1962, recommEnded to `.he City Council approval of P,eclassi:ication No~ 62-63-43,
with deed restrictions; and
IVHEREAS, the City Council in Resolution IJo~ 62R-1099 dated December 18, 1902 appro•~~ed
Reciassifica*.icn No; 62-63-43, subject to filing deed restrictions limiting the uses of the
- p:operty to professional office uses; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance Noo 13G^, datec' J.;:,uary 22, 1963 reclassified said prooerty to the
C-1, Neighborhood Commercia:,;ooe 1ir~~r.e~: !o professional o;fice uses only; and
VYHEREAS, the Planning Com~niss:cn on SF~tember 12, 19~~c ccosidered a request to delete
deed restrictions on the aforemEntic-.c~C pr~oerty in order to establish a rredding chapel and
restaurant; however, the Commission va~s of the opinion that unrestricted :-1 Zone uses would
have a deleterious effect on ttie existing sin9le family homes and the `uture development of the
undeveloped property in close oroximit~+, and recommended denial of Reclassification No~ 66-67_2p,
and
';JHEREAS, the Cit~- Planning Commission deems it advisaUle to consider at public hearing
Reclassification tJo~ 62-63-43 concurrentiy with Reclassification No. 6~-~7-20 and Conditional
Use Permit No~ ~84 to determine whether or not deed restrictions should he amended to include
the establishment of a wedding chapel a~d restau:ant under Reclassi.°ication ,lo~ 62-~_3-43.
I~O;'i, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tnat the City P~anning Comm?ssio~ of the City of Ana'r~eim
does hereby recornmend to the City Council of the City of Ananeim sett`..ng for pubiic nearing
Reclcssifica±ion No, 52-63-43 to consider amendrnent to the deed restrictions which limit the
use of said property to professional office uses only, to include tne establishmc~t of a
wedding chapel and restaurant, said public hearing to he heard concurrently wi+:n Reclassification
Noo 66-b7-20 and Conditional Use Permit No~ ;~84:
