THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USF. PERMJT NO.R~~~ BE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditioaal
Use Permit from ARGETTIS BIXBY. 544 South Do: ches~ er, Anai~eim, Cal ifornia, O;n•ne: of certain real
property sitUated in the City o~ Rnaheim9 Ccunty of Orangea State c; California, described as
Lot ~o. 59 of Trac~ Pdo, 169"

WHEF.EAS, the City Plac,aing Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
Seqtember 26~ 196o et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given es required by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for end egaiast said proposed conditionel use and to investigate end make findings end recommendations in connection
therewith; sid
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behalf,
and after due consideretion of ell evidence end reports offered at seid hearing, does find and determine the following fads:
