WFiEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional

Septernber 26, 1966, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice oE said public hearing having been duly given as required by

for end egeinst seid proposed condttionel use and to investigate end make findings and recommendetions in connection
therewith; and

after due consideretion of all evidence end reports offered et said hearing, does find er~d determine the (ollowing facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional .Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to

proposed use in a menner rot detrimentel to the paKiculer area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Mb~ aim.
4. That the gwnting of the Conditionel Use Permit undet the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
