~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Aneheim City Planning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject proaerty in order to preserve the safetp and general welfere of the Citizens of the
City of Anahcim:
1< That this Conditional Use PPrrnit is gzznted ;ubject to the compleiion of Reclassification
PJoe 66-67-23.
2~ That any air-conditioning facilities proposed sl~all be properly shielded frorri view from
abutting streets, and sound buffered from adjoining residential property, p:ior to °inal build-
ing inspection. .
3. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance wi±h plans and
specifications on file in the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibit n;c. 1, provided, liowever, ttiat
deveiopment plans for the propos?d restaurants shall be submitted to tt;e Pianninq Cormi~ission
