WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission oE the City of Maheim did receive a verified Petition Eor Conditional

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did ho!d a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
January 16, 1967, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law end in accordance with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
foc end egeinst said proposed conditionel use and to inveatigate and make findings and recommmdetions in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, a$er due inspection, investlgation, end study mede by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideretian of ell evidmce and reports offered at aaid hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the proposed use is propaly one for whieh ^ Conditioael .Use Pennit is authorized by this Code, to
wit:section 1R.64.020(5) to permit the establishment of a women'=_ - :e salon ano rela'ed
. `acilities on subject property.
, 2. That the proposed use will not edversely affect the ~djoining land uses and the growth and development of
~ the area in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is adequatu to allow the full development of the
_, proposed use in e manner not detrimentel to the particular area nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfere
_ of the Citizens of the City of Maheim.
4. Thet the granting of the Conditianel Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
